Hello!

A Story To Start With.

I have raised human beings into adulthood. Let all mothers sit with that for a moment and breathe.

I am the proud mother of two adult daughters. This is one of my favorite pictures of my girls and me. They have been my greatest teachers, my greatest fans, and my greatest loves. I wouldn't trade any of the hard stuff because it's made us who we are as women.

Motherhood is a wonderful teacher, for those of us who choose it. It grounds us in adulthood and maturity, no matter how old we are when we have children. One thing I didn't expect to learn is how to hold space. Especially when children become teenagers, and then adults.

I had to shift gears to stand solid in my ability to teach, guide, and not judge. Meeting women where they are in their own development is a practice, and a reminder. It reminds me to allow others to do and say what's needed to bring the energy back to themselves. To use that energy to heal, rather than to use it against themselves. This is a lesson from motherhood that I use every day.

This is feminine work. You do not need to have raised a child to belong in it. Your path has had different twists and turns; all are to be heard and witnessed. Motherhood is simply where I first learned to hold space; the rest of my life has been learning to hold it for every woman, no matter her path.

Stay With Me. Let's Make Space.

It has always seemed difficult to talk about myself; I would feel stuck. The words were not always there. I spent my whole life thinking of others first. When it was finally my turn, I could not see myself. I could not see through the masks of identity that held it all together.

Over the last 40-plus years, through all the personal development and spiritual work I immersed myself in, the biggest reward has been peeling back the layers and finding one revelation after another. Letting go of a version of myself that felt like protection.

What that looks like will be different for every woman. The revelations will come, the layers will shed, and the arriving will be there. It is a practice of aligning one step at a time; each time is a celebration and a victory. We go deeper with ourselves to make space for who we have always been and who we came here to be.

The truth is simple, even when the path isn't: you are in there.

My work is to help you allow yourself to be her, your true voice, a woman who lives life by her cherished values and takes counsel of others, and listens to her voice first and last. The journey is to make room for her. To let her be seen. To be brave enough to do the thing she's asking of you, even before you can see where it leads.

SOUL-LED. SELF-TRUSTED. ARRIVING.

One Deep Breathe. And Exhale.

When you are ready, I am here.
